REQUIREMENTS
In order to benefit from customer reviews the following steps are necessary:
- Ensure that you have selected “Allow Reviews” in the product information.
MANAGING CONSUMER REVIEWS
When a consumer writes a review for a product on your store it will not show until you approve it.
To manage the Product Review settings go to the navigation bar, select “Settings” and click “Product Reviews” from the drop down. You can select how many reviews are viewed on a product page or if you will allow product ratings.
Product reviews are available with Hotcakes Standard. If you purchased Hotcakes Social, product reviews will also show up in the Activity Stream of your Community.
