There are a large number of places where you might find a shipping status displayed to merchants and/or customers. Shipping status can be displayed at both the order and individual line item levels. This article aims at helping you to define what the different status stages are.
|Unknown||Something unexpected has happened and a shipping status was unable to be determined. If you ever see this, you may need to contact support.|
|Unshipped||Either line item or the order has not yet had anything shipped.|
|Partially Shipped||At least one of the total quantity in the line item or order has been shipped, but more shipments remain.|
|Fully Shipped||All of the expected shipments for the line item or order have been made.|
|Non-Shipping||The line item or order doesn't have any expected shipments to be made. This is common for virtual or digital products, such as software, downloads, and memberships.|
